What processing includesHarvest · 14-day aging · cutting · wrapping · vacuum sealing · freezing

Processing is estimated separately and divided by ownership share: whole 100%, half 50% and quarter 25%. Final charges depend on the animal’s hanging weight, transportation and any owner-requested specialty services. Your estimate is confirmed before purchase.
